• Effectively manage organizing projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget

• Work one-on-one with clients to minimize, organize, and systemize their spaces, taking full responsibility for project outcomes and deep client satisfaction

• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, solutions-oriented culture

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, holding space and providing support and encouragement throughout the process

• Efficiently execute every checkpoint on the P.O. Appointment Checklist to maintain consistency and quality assurance

• Upload “after” photos and detailed project notes to GHL and post to Slack channel for team feedback and accountability

• Attend monthly team Alignment meetings (first Wednesday of every month)
